The speed indicator is measured by GPS so it's not instantaneously updated like your car speedo. Plus they were going under over passes so GPS signal could have been lost. |
It's possible but the optic evidence doesn't bode well for our fellow F30 driver there. Not to mention destruction of public property, and endangering school kids. The optics look really bad here
