I was at a Japanese steakhouse where they cook in front of you. Almost everyone in my party had filet in their order and specified either medium rare or medium except for my nephew who ordered well done. The chef went around the table repeating everyone's order and choice of doneness. It went like this... "medium, medium rare, medium rare, medium, and beef jerky."
It was much funner if you were there.
