It's just that Hartge's tune claim is 320 HP -> 367 HP, or an extra 47 HP.
But if in real life it is like 340 HP -> 361 HP, or an extra 21 HP, then unfortunately I'm disappointed.
Maybe all tuners are using this "trick." Saying "yeah we can tune your car from 320 HP to 3X0 HP" while in reality the M135i is already close to 340 HP from stock, as your dyno test has shown ?
