My new rotors fitted just fine with my blue M Performance callipers.

But, and here's the annoying thing, the brake ducts now emit a regular 'chuffing' noise that echoes back through front windows when open.

This is an audible noise that disappears under braking, i.e. is not a sticking pot or warped rotor. Braking is not affected by this noise at all and there's no adverse affect on mpg.

I took a car tech for a ride and he agreed the noise was just disturbed air pulsating through the standard duct.
