That is definitely the price for the 125i. I have got the internal BMW doc in front of me. Also, M pack is $5385, but it includes leather as well. You can also get a M sport variable suspension as an option. Here are the inclusions for the M sports pack:

18” M light-alloy wheels Star-spoke style 386 M with mixed tyres
Additional “Sport +” mode for Driving Experience Control (Std on 125i)
Ambience lighting
Blue detailing on car key
BMW Individual High-Gloss Shadow Line
BMW Individual roofliner Anthracite
BMW Sport Seats for driver and front passenger
Chrome tailpipes
Dakota leather upholstery in Oyster, Black, or Coral Red with Black highlight
Door sill finishers in aluminium with M designation
Gearshift lever with M badge (manual transmission only)
Handbrake-lever gaiter and grip in leather "Walknappa‟
Instrument cluster with specific gauge-dial printing and chronoscale
Interior trim: Aluminium Hexagon with Estoril Blue matt highlights
Alternatively: Aluminium Hexagon with Black High-Gloss highlights; Fine Brushed Aluminium with Black High-Gloss highlights; or Fine-wood Fineline Stream with Oxide Silver highlights
Kidney grille, 8 slats in Black High-Gloss
M Aerodynamics package
M leather steering wheel
M Sport suspension

I like this car and want to get it as a runabout, but when I test drove the 118i, it did feel a bit cheap and rough compared to our other BMWs. Perhaps with pro nav and a better engine in the 125i, it will change my view.
