Looking at buying an 07 1 series 1.6 petrol with 106k on the clock, full service history, 3 owners.... vehicle is up at £1,800 may be able to get seller down to £1650, anything I should look out for or should I steer clear in general as it’s such high mileage for a petrol engine? For some reason I’ve always used the rule of thumb that anything above 100k (petrol) is a ticking time bomb, but I’m looking for a bargain at this point. Any help appreciated, thanks.
