It starts with a layer of tortilla chips. Then I mixed together pinto and black beans, green chilies, a can of rotel, a chopped onion, garlic, some leftover shredded chicken, a bit of tomato sauce, all stirred up in a bowl, and then put half onto the chips, spread some montery jack over it, spread out the rest of the mix, topped it with cheddar, scallions and sliced olives and into the oven. Topped with sour cream and avocado in a bowl, and dinner for a few days
