and you think BMW are being unreasonable in claiming the car doesn't have a fault?
What are you aiming for? Compensation? Refund of car price? Free tyres of a different make? Redesign of the 1 series?
I wish you well in your quest but in my opinion BMW are right to claim the vehicle doesn't have a fault (I am usually alone with my opinions mind!
