Can I cut 12mm from the my wheel:
8.5 x 18 ET 30 Front
9.5 x 18 ET 40 Rear

so it will become:
8.5 x 18 ET 42 Front
9.5 x 18 ET 52 Rear

Or the metal where bolt is tightened is not strong anymore due to less metal in that area?
