125i F21, 7,6L/100km overall mean, easy 6 on highway and eco drive, 9 at sporty or careless drive. Even on track days never above 14. The B48 is a great engine, power to efficiency is brilliant.
Eco pro adds a bit if you already drive at maximum efficiency conditions, but most people don't get any advantage, because this conditions are rare.
City drive, traffic, highway speeds, all this is less efficient in eco pro in my experience.
But hypermilers will get their extra miles with it, I do notice so, good to have it, yes but not for everyone everyday.
As a general rule comfort is the more optimal overall , and sport is even better efficient in demanding conditions. (uphill, traffic etc)
