The fault is propably that your turbo is spooling fast on idle. A bootsgauge would be great here :-P
This can be caused by alot of things:
actuator (I think?), air-intake sensor (Wrong air temp sent to ecu, much richer fuelmix) and timing are some of them.
I would try to get a new turbo aswell as it getting this hot is not good.

I have gone to the dealer as the car was only less 15.000 KM and 04/2013
so it is under guarentee .
they done diag online from Germany
result : the dealer have alredy change to me : nwer Ctalyser with Lamda , sonde , new Turbo , new intercooler
nothing have changes , it still the same situation Turbo get too red and hot when I activate boost and drive on high rpm
by the way I have ICOM myself , ECU have zero error , no error on diagnostic , so if it was Mass air flow or timming or actuator , it will apear on diag !
