ENGLAND always starts slow in the WC. I think that they will imrove as the WC goes to the 2nd round and could go all the way to the final if they would just drop Crouch. Crouch re-defines the English game to a long ball "wimbeldon"
boring style of play...for God's sake Play Owen and Rooney...even Theo...and Bench CROUCH!
