Don't they warn/disclaim in the manual that electronic assisting stuff mustn't be (blindly) relied upon and the driver should rather watch and react appropriately? I hope you mean it works just well (safely tested), not that you drive loosely because of that.

How can that be possible?
Do you listen to low quality sources (like "analog" (conventional) radio or those lossy records)? I presume if it were really your ears you wouldn't even have opted the HK...
