There is speed limit setting by the button on left hand side of the steering wheel controls marked as 'LIM'. I don't have cruise control but i believe that still exists the LIM button in your configuration, so you do have. Unless you mean the speed limit info display which reads the road signs and display them on the front screen which is another thing and requires the camera be fitted on the windscreen. I realy don't know how much useful would that be in Greece though..
