The E30 sort of does, but the E36 really only has the curve of the opening, it's certainly not a sweep back like a Hofmeister really should have.
Any way, I still miss my E36/8. It kept me from buying the E86 or a Cayman and now with a kid on the way, BMW has really stopped building anything I'd want.
