I assume, although could be wrong, there's some kind of logic or algorithm at play determining when you get something really nice. A "smart" dealer will NEVER put a "stripper"(car model) into service as a loaner. Why ? Because the sales dept will never be able to sell a used/loaner car. You always option the cars with features people want to own/have.
