Good luck folks! Unfortunately I've been down this path with Katrina. Just keep in mind that insurance companies are only interested in minimizing claim payments. You are NOT in good hands...
Edit: And if you are in the path, take pictures of EVERYTHING. You will need it if you need to file a claim... Also social security numbers, policy numbers etc.
