Nice thought but it doesn't work that way. It would be like saying I want to learn to drive so I'll buy an M4 to get started so I never have to upgrade later. Go buy a starter set. Golf clubs need to match your swing and you don't have a swing yet. I've been playing for 27 years and there are top of the line clubs I wouldn't have a prayer of hitting well. Yet with the right clubs I can shoot around par on most courses. Spend your money on lessons and practice. When your starter set is holding you back you'll know.
