There's a third group, who are those people that don't own any of the cars tested, but are avid readers of any, and every, road test or comparison. This seems to qualify them to comment, irrespective of the fact they don't own the car, or have most likely never even driven it.
I always assume there is always a faster car, or someone with more money to modify, or someone who is a better driver. I hope I can learn from these people. If I'm not, I ignore them.
