I use a Polar RS100, I like to track and monitor what I am doing from a heart rate perspective.
I do cardio and weight training. Downside, I don't like the chest strap, and I have worn it alot, seems like I just can't get used to it. I still wear it and use it, but would like to have one without a chest strap.
The RS100 is also pretty basic, stores 1 workout, so if I forget to record a workout the results are gone.
